One of the streets in the richest district in Seoul is named Tehran Road. It is there, as far as I know, to remind Koreans of the treaty of cooperation that they signed with the Iranians some decades ago. I wonder if the Koreans will honor that treaty now, by sending money and aid to earthquake stricken areas of Iran. Though I suppose sending money to Iran would infuriate the Americans to no end.
