On December 5, 2002, and December 5, 2003, I learned one thing: don't write people meticulous long letters... they're probably too busy to get around to reading it. Ah well, live and learn... I should not be so demanding.

So I'll keep this short. I hope everybody reading this is healthy and warm tonight.
